1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Eleanor Tribute Edition

Built as an officially licensed tribute to the Shelby GT500 made famous by the 2000 film Gone in 60 Seconds, this 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback recreates Eleanor with considerably more modern hardware underneath. Completed in 2026 by Brand New Muscle Car in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it uses a reproduction fastback body finished in Pepper Grey with black racing stripes.

The familiar movie-inspired details are all here, including the domed hood, exposed hood locks, center-mounted PIAA driving lights, side-exit exhausts, rear spoiler, sequential taillights, and 17-inch American Racing wheels. Underneath, the chassis gains independent front suspension, a four-link rear setup, adjustable coilovers, power rack-and-pinion steering, and Wilwood disc brakes at all four corners.

Power comes from a 427ci stroker V8 with an eight-stack electronic fuel-injection system, aluminum heads, roller camshaft, and ceramic-coated headers. Output is rated at 550 hp and 575 lb-ft of torque, sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec TKO 600 five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip 9-inch rear end with 3.70:1 gearing.

Inside, black leather upholstery is joined by brushed aluminum trim, Classic Instruments gauges, air conditioning, a Kenwood touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Alpine audio, and the obligatory “Go Baby Go” shifter. The car has covered just 105 miles since completion and is currently being offered through Bring a Trailer with a build sheet and certificate of authenticity.
