1967 Dodge Charger

Going under the hammer with Mecum Auctions is this 1967 Dodge Charger, one of the most unique vintage muscle car offerings we have seen in a while. The mesmerising machine is over half a century old but looks about as good as it did the day it came off the production line all those years ago. The majestic looking machine has undergone a professional rebuild to exacting standards by Johnson’s Hot Rod Shop and is powered by a menacing Ray Barton 651 HP Hemi V-8 engine with 618 lb-ft of torque. This Charger may retain its basic original cues, yet the body, chassis and suspension were re-imagined and re-engineered to achieve its captivating stance and profile. This is certainly one of the most unique and highly detailed custom interpretations of Dodge’s first-generation Charger in recent years, it will unquestionably be the main attraction at Mecum´s Glendale auction taking place March 4-11.
