1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray

The 1967 Corvette Sting Ray was the last Corvette of the second generation, and five years of refinements made it the best of the line. To be offered at auction at RM Sotheby’s, is this meticulously serviced and maintained rarity (chassis number 427 of the 435 Sting Rays that were made). The beautiful coupe version is undoubtedly one of the most coveted of American-made sports cars, it boats the original L71 435-horsepower engine, tinted glass, electric windows, firm ride and handling suspension, Posi-Traction rear axle, close-ratio four-speed transmission, side pipe exhaust, AM/FM radio, and is beautifully finished in the original Marlboro red with black vinyl bucket seats.
