reMarkable 2, is a tablet with a paper-like display that is focused on text and sketching rather than rich media and games. Instead of an LCD or OLED touchscreen, it relies on a low-power E-Ink panel, much like a Kindle ereader. The 0.19-inch thin reMarkable 2 appears to be the thinnest tablet ever, and the surface of the screen has been given a special coating to make it feel more like paper, including giving the same degree of friction. In fact, the brand states that "our innovations in display technology make it so much like writing on paper that it’s hard to tell the difference." reMarkable 2 also boosts a battery life that provides two weeks of use and 90 days of standby, and has the ability to convert handwritten notes into text, along with options for organizing, sharing, annotating and searching documents. watch the video below
