Hume Pod 2.0 Body Composition Scale

The Hume Pod 2.0 combines a bathroom scale with handheld sensors to estimate body composition across your arms, torso, and legs. Alongside weight, it provides estimates of body fat, muscle mass, and hydration, giving you additional measurements to follow over time.

The updated design introduces sculpted metal foot sensors and a display that remains hidden until you step on. Hume says the system checks foot contact before taking a reading, helping establish a consistent connection. Both black and white finishes are available.



Results connect to the Hume Health app, where you can review body composition data and follow trends. Core measurements do not require a subscription, while optional Hume Plus adds coaching and more detailed reports.

These are bioelectrical impedance estimates, so hydration and measurement conditions can affect individual readings. The useful perspective comes from consistent tracking over time, with changes viewed alongside your broader fitness routine.
