HiDock P1 AI Voice Recorder
The HiDock P1 is a pocket-size AI voice recorder built to capture conversations whether they happen in a meeting room, over a video call, or through Bluetooth earphones. Its standout BlueCatch technology records both sides of a call through your existing earbuds without adding a bot to the meeting, while recordings are stored locally on the device’s 64GB memory.
Three recording modes cover different situations. Call Mode handles conversations through Bluetooth earphones, Room Mode uses dual high-sensitivity ECM microphones to capture meetings and interviews, and Whisper Mode is designed for quickly recording ideas or notes in a softer voice. The P1 supports up to eight hours of continuous operation, with individual recordings capped at four hours.
Once a recording is finished, HiDock’s HiNotes platform can transcribe it in more than 75 languages and generate AI-powered summaries and action items. Basic transcription is included without a recurring subscription, while optional paid features add tools such as speaker identification, live transcription, and additional summary templates.
The aluminum recorder measures 126 × 38 × 15.8mm and weighs just 72g, with Bluetooth 5.3, a 600mAh battery, magnetic mounting, and USB-C connectivity. It works with macOS and Windows computers, iPhone 15 and newer, and compatible Android devices, making it a flexible alternative to software-only meeting recorders.
