Some studies have shown that our poor eating habits come from the fact that we eat too quickly, Hapifork helps you monitor your eating habits, with multiple sensors in the handle, the fork vibrates when you are eating too fast. Equipped with Bluetooth and a mobile app, Hapifork communicates directly with your smartphone, giving you reports on the total number of bites and duration of meals for example, plus your health and fitness progress.
