Apple Mac Pro & Pro Display XDR
At the WWDC 2019, Apple have finally introduced what pros have been waiting for, their most powerful machine ever, and the first 32-inch Retina 6K display ever. The all-new Mac Pro is a completely redesigned workstation for professionals who need to push the limits of what computers can do. It starts with an 8-core 3.5GHz Intel Xeon W processor and can be configured all the way up to a 28-core 2.5GHz Intel Xeon W processor. RAM will start at 32GB and can be expanded up to 1.5TB and graphics options will include the AMD Radeon Pro 580X standard and a Pro Vega II Duo is available as the highest GPU spec. Up to 4TB of SSD storage will also be available.
Apple also presented the impressive Pro Display XDR, the first 32-inch Retina 6K display ever. It boasts 1,600 nits of peak brightness and an astonishing 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and superwide viewing angle. Joining the new Mac Pro, this thing is what professionals have been waiting for, it is the largest display Apple has ever produced and with more than 20 million pixels, it is also the highest resolution they have ever made. With breakthrough backlighting technology, Pro Display XDR takes brightness, contrast, and color to a new level.
