With the new Modulator ABS any pack can be an Airbag pack! Airbag backpacks are nothing new, they are an essential safety piece of gear for adventurous skiers, and are proven to save lives in avalanches by keeping the wearer on the surface of the debris. Usually they´re built into specially designed packs, but now The North Face have introduced a versatile air-bag system that comes in two sacks that attach to either side of just about any pack.
