stuff we drool about

The Field Desk

The Field Desk is another one of those items that is a remake of a classic icon that once was of very much use and consequent importance. Itīs a portable desk, as it so clearly states in its name, that can be used for writing, make old school hand drawings, or simply take notes wherever you are. Its main features are the high quality craftsmanship thatīs put into each and every unit, made in USA, with high end finishing. Premium Kiln dried cherry wood is used as the base, the writing/drawing board has a red, aniline finished leather, the interior is in felt, and it comes with a leather carry handle, plus a wool felt shoulder pad. You also get a tray within it to store your stuff. A yesterday icon that the NY based Best Made Co. gave new life to, so if you’re an outdoors explorer and always thought a portable desk would be nice to get for some old school drawing and setting your PC aside, this is definitely the thing to get.
