Exod Air Station BASE-01 Inflatable Expedition Tent

The Exod Air Station BASE-01 takes inflatable camping shelters to an entirely different scale. Designed as a portable expedition basecamp, this futuristic structure combines an enormous interior with a lightweight air-supported frame, creating a versatile shelter for remote adventures, overlanding expeditions, and extended outdoor stays. Despite its impressive size, the entire system packs into a surprisingly compact carrying bag, allowing a substantial temporary living space to travel almost anywhere.

Once deployed, the BASE-01 offers 17 square meters (183 square feet) of usable interior space, with a generous ceiling height of 2.42 meters (nearly 8 feet). Its spacious layout accommodates up to 10 people, with optional five-person and ten-person inner tent configurations for dedicated sleeping quarters. The inflatable structure uses a high-strength polyester Dacron frame with TPU reinforcement, eliminating the need for conventional tent poles and allowing a single person to handle setup.

Built for demanding outdoor environments, the shelter features 100D ripstop polyester walls with a 5,000mm waterproof membrane, along with a removable 210D nylon groundsheet offering the same level of water resistance. Large transparent TPU windows and mesh sections bring natural light and ventilation into the interior, while durable YKK zippers and reinforced construction are designed for repeated field use. An integrated wall organizer provides convenient storage for tools, equipment, and everyday essentials.

With a footprint measuring 5.5 by 4.88 meters, the BASE-01 creates enough room for a comfortable expedition headquarters, equipment station, or shared sleeping area. Yet the entire structure weighs just 20 kg (44 pounds) and packs into an 80 × 55 × 40 cm carrying bag, making it manageable for vehicle-based adventures. Available in Stealth Grey and Polar White, the Exod Air Station BASE-01 is currently offered for pre-order at €2,990, reduced from its planned €3,490 retail price, with deliveries expected in spring 2027.
