Built with concrete, foam, and cement layers, the roofs provide insulation from tropical heat, while high ceilings and mechanical windows ensure natural ventilation, reducing the need for artificial cooling.
The house features an open-concept layout with a vaulted wooden truss ceiling, offering panoramic views of lush greenery. Locally sourced materials, like yellow sand mixed with white concrete, give the home its warm, sand-colored finish, blending seamlessly with the environment.
