Giro Apple Slicer

This simple, minimalist apple slicer, winner of the Red Dot Design award is named Giro. The clever apple peeler was designed by Christina Schaefer a German designer. It cuts apples in a spiral-form surrounding the core in one smooth fluid motion. Giro creates gorgeous, perfectly executed apple spirals perfect for using in recipes, snacks or garnishes.
