Line Bar
The Line Bar by Singaporean designer Nathan Yong takes its cues from furniture and radios of the 1960s, a period when clean horizontal lines and warm wood tones defined how a living room looked and felt. The louvered facade is the signature detail. Horizontal slats run across the front, giving the cabinet a visual rhythm that reads as restful and ordered. The louvering also serves a functional purpose on applicable units in the Line Collection, allowing remote signals to pass through to devices stored inside.
Behind the facade, the storage is built for a proper home bar. Two drawers with leather pulls handle bar tools and accessories. Three open cubbies provide flexible space for spirits, mixers, or glassware. A dedicated stemware rack keeps glasses inverted and accessible. A bottle rack stores up to 12 bottles. Everything a functioning bar needs, organized in a footprint that sits comfortably against a wall without dominating the room.
Nathan Yong designs pieces that project quiet elegance, something he credits to the contrast of living in dense urban environments. His work across the Line Collection reflects that same sensibility, bringing order to electronics, barware, tableware, and office supplies through consistent horizontal geometry and restrained material choices.
