SLAB Beatmaking Controller
The SLAB Beatmaking Controller brings hands on music creation back to where it belongs. Built by AlphaTheta and Serato, SLAB is the first controller designed specifically for Serato Studio, giving producers a fast, tactile way to sample, sequence, and perform without getting lost behind a screen.
At the center is a sharp 7 inch OLED touch display that puts waveforms, patterns, and mixing controls right under your fingers. Sixteen velocity sensitive RGB pads handle drums, samples, and performance duties, while touch encoders and macro controls make it easy to shape sounds, tweak effects, and control stems in real time. The Stems Level feature lets you isolate vocals, drums, bass, or melody directly from the hardware, opening up creative possibilities usually reserved for complex studio setups.
SLAB is powered by a dedicated processor optimized for smooth playback and responsive control, all in a compact form that easily fits in a backpack. USB C connectivity and seamless integration with Serato Studio, Serato Sample, and Serato DJ Pro make it flexible enough for studio sessions or live use.
