Nomad Rodeo Grill & Smoker
The NOMAD Rodeo takes the brand’s suitcase-style charcoal grill and gives it more room to cook without sacrificing portability. Closed, it works as a compact smoker with over 250 square inches of cooking space. Opened flat with two grates, that expands to more than 500 square inches, enough for a much larger cookout.
The cast-aluminum body measures 19.13 × 14.26 × 9.5 inches in smoker mode and weighs 22 pounds with a single grate. In grill mode, the footprint doubles in depth and capacity climbs to more than 500 square inches. NOMAD says that is enough space to smoke two racks of ribs or grill up to 36 burgers.
A built-in thermometer lets you monitor heat without opening the lid, while four adjustable side vents give direct control over airflow and charcoal intensity. That makes it easy to switch between hotter direct grilling and slower, lower-temperature smoking depending on what is cooking.
The Rodeo is designed for campsites, road trips, tailgates, and small outdoor spaces where a full-size grill would be impractical. Its biggest advantage is versatility: one portable charcoal cooker that can work as a compact smoker or open into a much larger grill when more cooking space is needed.
