Meat lovers rejoice, this sleek fridge lets you mature meat at home! The secret in great steakhouses is dry aging, now you can do it from the comfort of your home. The Dry Ager Fridge is built in Germany and features an appealing design in stainless steel with a tinted glass door that increases the anticipation of the results. All you need to do is load any meat into the fridge, let it age, take it out, and enjoy the best steak you have ever eaten. It can also be used for the production of charcuterie, air drying cured ham and many other meats, as well as storing cheese. Available in two sizes, the DX 500 (for 20kg of meat), and the DX 1000 (for 100kg of meat).
