Adventure photographer Jimmy Chin has built his career taking photos at the top of the world, earning him the cover of National Geographic and multiple awards. Now the legendary filmmaker and professional climber has teamed up with watchmakers Panerai for this special edition timepiece with an adventurous edge. The Panerai Submersible Chrono Flyback Jimmy Chin Edition is available in two expedition-ready timepieces with two different finishes. The PAM01207 ($19,400) features a 47mm brushed titanium case and bezel, while the PAM01208 ($43,200) features a case in brushed titanium DLC with a titanium ceramic bezel. Both watches come with a Panerai P.9100 automatic movement, feature 300 meters of water resistance, a power-reserve of up to 3 days thanks to twin barrels, and are finished with a bespoke caseback engraving with references to the partnership.
