Garmin Forerunner 945
Garmin has updated its line of Forerunner GPS running watches, including the upgraded Forerunner 945 (the Forerunner 935 successor), which is meant for professional athletes. The new 945 multi-sport watch, can hold up to 1,000 songs from Spotify or Deezer, can track your all-day fitness metrics such as stress, oxygen levels in the blood, sleep levels, as well as monitor your training load, and there is a new tool for analyzing past workout history to improve future training. Garmin has kept all the same sports tracking profiles as previously, but has added dedicated tracking for the likes of skiing, hiking and golf. You can also make contactless payments with Garmin Pay, and there is a new feature that lets female athletes track their menstrual cycle, log their symptoms, and receive fitness tips based on the phase of their cycle. As for battery life, Garmin promises up to two weeks in smartwatch mode, up to 36 hours in GPS mode, and up to 10 hours with both GPS and music active. watch the video below
