LifeLabs MegaWarm Jacket


Sustainable outerwear brand LifeLabs has introduced the worlds warmest jacket. This is quite an impressive claim, but according to LifeLabs, the MegaWarm Jacket received an insulation rating of 9.25 CLO in laboratory tests. This is highest CLO rating in the world, meaning it delivers more warmth than any other jacket on the planet, including specialty jackets such as the Canada Goose Snow Mantra, the The North Face´s Summit AMK L6 Parka, or the Arcteryx Leaf Cold WX Parka SVX. 

To achieve this impressive CLO rating, the MegaWarm uses ethically sourced 800-fill-power goose down. In addition, the jacket is powered by their proprietary WarmLife technology, a new textile that reflects 100% of a humans radiant heat back to their body. This performance, combined with a minimalist style, helps to create a lighter, more packable, and more sustainable jacket.
