Barebones Living have introduced another refined tool inspired by a traditional Japanese implement and constructed with heritage-quality materials. The Japanese Nata Tool is the perfect machete both in functionality and style, it is perfect for clearing brush, striping bark, planking wood, and making kindling, all with one thoughtfully-crafted tool.  It features a stainless steel blade and a solid steel core that extends through the length of the hardwood handle, lending stability and greater swinging weight, yet it still packing thin and light.
