Norton Manx R
Norton Motorcycles has made its long-awaited comeback with the Manx R, a stunning 1,200cc V4-powered superbike that signals a new era for the legendary British marque. Revealed at EICMA 2026, the Manx R is more than just a rebirth, it’s a bold statement that Norton is once again ready to compete with the world’s best.
At its heart sits a 72-degree liquid-cooled V4 engine producing 203 hp and 95 lb-ft of torque, tuned for real-world power delivery rather than chasing top-end numbers. Norton engineers analyzed over 18,000 miles of riding data to craft a torque-rich performance band that thrives below 11,000 rpm, making it just as exhilarating on winding roads as it is on the track.
The chassis is all-new, featuring a precision-cast aluminum monocoque frame and a single-sided billet swingarm, designed under Norton’s "road-first” philosophy for superior feedback and balance. A semi-active Marzocchi suspension system adapts on the fly, while Brembo Hypure brakes and Bosch cornering ABS ensure total control.
Visually, the Manx R embodies minimalist perfection—clean lines, hidden fixings, and sculpted carbon fiber details that give it a refined, muscular stance. Inside, an 8-inch touchscreen TFT brings smart tech to the ride, offering GoPro control, smartphone pairing, and Alexa integration.
Built at Norton’s Solihull factory, the Manx R isn’t just a comeback, it’s proof that Norton is once again building motorcycles worthy of its legendary name.
