Mayes School Bus Conversion

The Mayes family have given #vanlife another meaning, they have converted an old school bus into a light and efficient family home. After growing tired of their 5,000-sq-ft family home, the family of six transformed a Thomas High Top into a well-organized and airy humble abode, using thoughtful storage and a minimalist color palette. They stripped out the seats, painted it white and added in a kitchen, cosy living area and bedrooms before embarking on a cross-country adventure. The result is an amazing, light-filled home on wheels that has plenty of living and storage space for the entire family. So far, the family has racked up 3,000 miles in their bus travelling through the US.
