1954 International Harvester R140 Woody Wagon

The 1954 International Harvester R140 Woody Wagon is a rare gem of automotive history. Built specifically for the Army Corps of Engineers during the Cold War, it supported the Minuteman Missile System in South Dakota. Only five were ever made, and just three remain today, this is the only one meticulously restored to concours-level perfection.

Crafted with a bus-style wooden body, the Woody Wagon was designed for rugged 4x4 capabilities, ideal for traversing remote missile sites. It features seating for six, a spacious cargo area, and a powerful 108 bhp SD-240 inline-six engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission.

This restored masterpiece has earned accolades like the AACA National First Prize and Best of Show at the Boca Raton Concours. With its authentic wood panels and exacting restoration, this R140 embodies a unique blend of utility and craftsmanship, making it a collector's dream.
