Maturo Stradale Restomod
After capturing our attention with their conceptual images, Italian design house Maturo have now unveiled the final production model of their stunning Lancia Integrale restomod. This exquisite build represents a complete transformation of the Lancia Delta, featuring significant technical enhancements. Now known as the Maturo Stradale, this hatchback utilizes the Delta HF Integrale as its base engine, which has been brought to life with remarkable modifications.
The restoration process involves stripping down the chassis and subjecting it to thorough sandblasting. Expert welders install a custom roll cage and reinforce the structure with 250 spot welds to enhance rigidity. To enhance durability, the strengthened chassis undergoes a primer and repaint treatment to resist corrosion effectively.
The original 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine undergoes an extensive overhaul, including the installation of a new Garrett turbo, a larger intercooler, upgraded fuel injectors, and a revised ECU. These enhancements result in a remarkable power increase from 200 to 380 horsepower and a torque output of 405 lb-ft. Additionally, the vehicle receives a new center differential, two locking differentials, a rebuilt five-speed manual transmission, and a four-way adjustable suspension. The adoption of carbon fiber body panels reduces the weight by 100 pounds, further enhancing performance.
Inside the vehicle, you will find a sophisticated interior adorned with luxurious materials such as leather, Alcantara suede, carbon fiber, titanium, and anodized aluminum. The overall effect is a harmonious blend of modern elegance and classic style. Only a limited production run of 10 units is planned, with pricing yet to be announced.
