Maturo Stradale Lancia Delta Restomod
This stunning restomod is a totally revised Lancia Delta fitted with major technical advancements. The hatchback presently referred to as the Maturo Stradale has a functioning Delta HF Integrale as its base engine. After being stripped, the chassis is sandblasted. A full bespoke roll cage is installed by welders, who also add spot welds in 250 locations to increase stiffness. Then, to increase corrosion resistance, these more stronger bones are primered and repainted.
The original 2.0-liter four-cylinder receives an even more thorough rework. It was completely refurbished with a new Garrett turbo, a bigger intercooler, new fuel injectors, and an updated ECU. As a consequence, the engines power is increased from 200 horsepower to 380 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque. Additionally, it receives a new center differential, two locking diffs, a rebuilt five-speed manual, and a four-way adjustable suspension. The cars carbon fiber body panels contribute to a 100-pound weight reduction. The simple elegance of the inside, which features liberal use of leather, Alcantara suede, carbon fiber, titanium, and anodized aluminum, is arguably even more striking. There will only be 10 produced at an unknown cost.
