Garmin Kayak Trolling Motor

Garmin has taken kayak fishing to the next level with the Force Current Trolling Motor, a game-changer for anglers who want precision, power, and hands-free control on the water. Designed for both fresh and saltwater, this lightweight electric motor makes navigating tight spots, reversing, or even spinning in place effortless.

At the heart of the system is wireless control. The included remote allows for easy throttle and steering, with intuitive gesture-based navigation—just point where you want to go, and the kayak follows. For full hands-free operation, the optional power-steer pedals let you control speed and direction with your feet, keeping your hands free for fishing. With modes like single-pedal steering, reverse, and zero-radius turns, maneuvering becomes second nature.

Garmin also built in advanced integration with its chartplotters and smartwatches. You can set routes, hold positions with anchor lock GPS, and manage motor settings directly from your wrist or screen. A built-in safety feature adds peace of mind: the man overboard sensor automatically cuts power if you fall in.

Performance is equally impressive. The brushless motor delivers quiet, efficient power on 12V or 24V batteries, with interchangeable props for efficiency or weedless operation. The adjustable shaft, quick stow system, and 25-lb weight make it practical to transport and store.
