Developed by geologists for geologists, the Axis Pocket Transit is a reliable and accurate navigation instrument for easier geological measurements. It is the first tool with the ability to measure both strike and dip, trend and plunge, and still provide direction thanks to a built-in compass that would be handy for any experienced outdoorsman. With a waterproof, rugged anodized aluminum build, the transit features a lid that rotates around the major axis and minor axis of the body to provide a multitude of measuring capabilities useful for scientists. watch the video below
