Figure 03 Humanoid Robot
Figure Robotics has unveiled the Figure 03, a next-generation humanoid robot designed to take over your daily chores with lifelike precision. This AI-powered machine can tidy up, fold laundry, wash dishes, and even serve meals, all while moving and responding like a human.
The biggest leap forward lies in its redesigned hands. Outfitted with advanced tactile sensors, Figure 03 can detect subtle pressure changes, helping it grip delicate objects or adjust its touch mid-task. Softer, adaptive fingertips give it the dexterity to handle everything from fragile glassware to oddly shaped items. Each palm also hides a camera, giving the robot a close-up view when its main vision is blocked, like when it’s reaching into cabinets or drawers.
At the heart of the system is Helix, Figure’s vision-language-action AI, which interprets sensory data in real time to refine movements and prevent errors. The robot’s frame is lighter and more compact than previous models, wrapped in soft knitwear and foam padding for a more human-like presence. It even recharges wirelessly through coils in its feet.
Beyond household chores, Figure 03 is also engineered for industrial use, equipped with faster, stronger actuators to handle repetitive or high-speed tasks. With plans for home deployment as soon as next year, Figure Robotics’ humanoid helper represents a major step toward blending robotics seamlessly into everyday life.
