Athos Smart Apparel

Athos is a new company taking advantage of progress in technology, it is creating a new standard for fitness by changing the way we train the human body. Most fitness trackers today do a great job of keeping track of your workouts, setting goals and monitoring your progress, but none actually get into to the nitty gritty of the actual exercises themselves. Ethos measures muscle performance in real time, reading your muscle effort, heart and breathing rates, sending it to the Core (brain of the system), and then to your smartphone via Bluetooth. The included app then gives you insights on how to exercise correctly, avoid injury and get results faster. The Core works with the Athos apparel, and records your workouts, registering in the app past efforts, counting your reps and measuring your efforts with realtime data on which muscle groups are straining. watch the video
