Following the success of the original OYO portable gym, the fitness brand integrated deep customer feedback, and has added more resistance to their original SpiralFlex technology (has kept NASA astronauts fit for years) to create the Oyo Nova Gym. The new model is a heavy duty, higher resistance, portable gym that provides total body strength training, at home, office, or on the go. Up to 40 pounds of resistance has been added to the original tech for a variety of workouts, and accessories can be added to provide even more at-home workout options.
