The Bowflex Adjustable Weights are not only smart but also save you time and space. Available as a dumbbell or kettlebell, they feature a unique locking mechanism that locks in the weights you choose and leaves behind those that you don’t, letting you replace an entire rack of weights with a compact system. The dumbbells replace 15 sets of weights, letting you adjust from 2 to 24 kg (5 to 52.5 lbs) with the turn of a dial.
