This is something different, the Galfond Residence located in a recent multi-residential development, in the East Village of NYC, the owner approached Turett Collabortive Architects and requested something they had never seen before, combining two penthouse condos... with a helical slide! The half-tube stainless steel slide starts on the top floor near the office, and lands below near both the living and dining areas.
