Hinoki is a new brand that utilises the finest materials and time-honoured techniques, to create objects that inspire the mind, stimulate the senses and ultimately enhance the way we live. The stunning Hinoki Japanese Chef Knife features an all-black carbon steel blade (originally used to craft Japanese swords) forged by Master Japanese Bladesmiths with a rich experience that dates back centuries to the time of the samurai. The result is a beautiful knife that is extraordinarily sharp with exceptional edge retention and a pleasure to resharpen. The striking handle can be ordered in a choice of Charred Walnut, American Walnut or European Oak. You can even order your knife with your initials engraved.
