Pizzaiolo Smart Oven
Pizzaiolo from Breville is aimed at those that cherish one of the most eaten dishes in the world - Pizza. Breville made it their business to make an ultra compact oven that would produce a near perfection pie. In order to achieve it, their effort was made in combining three different heat types available: convective, radiant and conductive, this ensures the pizza is cooked as it should be, at high temperatures and for a short period of time. This is achieved through a baking stone, which is in contact with the pie, and a small area to heat because of its compact shape. After testing it they assured us it’s just like tasting something made in a classic wood oven, and a Napolitan style pizza will cook in just over 2 minutes. Should you like a different style of pie you may adjust it through the three different knobs on it.
