From baking to sous vide, this smart steam oven is your new kitchen BFF, it can cook food with both wet and dry heat, along with precise temperature and humidity controls. This ensures that not too much water content evaporates during that process, to balance things like juicy meat while still allowing for crispy skin. The Precision Oven has a water tank for this purpose. Other features include WiFi connectivity and a companion app with several guided recipes, and multi-stage cooking, so you could move from wet heat to dry heat or vice versa.
