stuff we drool about

Invisible House

Designed by American Psycho film producer Chris Hanley and architect Tomas Osinski, the mighty impressive Invisible House looks like a fallen skyscraper, and is almost entirely covered in mirrors. Located in Joshua Tree the unique house features and exterior steel frame covered in mirrored, tempered glass which reflects the surrounding desert scenery. Situated on a 90-acre plot of land with uninterrupted, expansive views, the house is elevated above the ground on cylindrical concrete columns, forming a cantilever at one end. Inside, the 511-square-metre house is designed as one long, continuous entertaining space around a 100 foot indoor swimming pool. The multiple floor-to-ceiling sliding doors augment the sense of pure connection with nature. It features 3 large luxurious suites that sleep 6 people and is available for rent at Airbnb.
