Ooni Karu Portable Pizza Oven
Ooni Karu is a portable oven that makes crispy pizzas in one minute! The compact oven is wood or charcoal-fired and cooks up the perfect pizza anytime, anywhere. If natural fuel sources are running low, users can also cook with propane by adding an optional gas burner attachment. The sleek oven features a ceramic fiber-insulated stainless steel shell for optimum heat retention, firing up to a whopping 932ºF (500ºC) within 15 minutes and cooking Neapolitan-style pizza in just one minute. It can also be used to cook up wood-fired meats, fish and vege. The lightweight and compact frame makes the Karu portable and easy to pack away.
