The Suunto Core "Ultimate Black” is the newest member of the Suunto Core family. The adventure-ready watch is an must have tool that provides essential data for all your adventures, it packs an altimeter, barometer compass, weather information (such as storm alarm, temperature, water depth, sunrise/sunset times), into a tough yet sleek design. Seattle-based heritage brand Filson, have recently introduced their first watch collection, our pick from the lineup is the Filson Journeyman Watch, a rugged timepiece built to withstand the demands of the field, for a lifetime of use. Each one is assembled by hand in Shinola’s state-of-the-art Detroit factory, and is powered by an Argonite movement. The Journeyman is rated at 20 ATM (or 660 feet), and features a screw-down crown, sapphire crystal, and a rotating top-ring World Timer function. Available in a choice of three-hand or chronograph, and in a variety of dial color and strap configurations.

A new watch brand from Chicago has entered the scene, Oak & Oscar. Streetwear brand HUF have teamed up with G-Shock for this limited edition timepiece. The G-Shock GD400HUF-1 is built on the platform of the skate-inspired GD400, it features an all-black colorway with a "Cracked Concrete” pattern engraved throughout the watch. Detroit watchmakers Shinola, have released another striking timepiece, a larger version(47mm) of their popular Runwell Contrast Chrono. The chronograph watch is powered by the Detroit-built Argonite 5030 high-accuracy quartz movement, and features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, stainless steel case with PVD plating, and signature iconic case back plate with laser-etched serial number. The founder of Weiss watches is a Swiss certified watchmaker, graduated at Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin, his intention? Well, restoring pride and prestige to American watch making. Filson have introduced the Filson Watch Collection. The Seattle-based heritage brand have teamed up with Detroit-based watchmaker Shinola for this line of ruggedly handsome, and impeccably-made timepieces. The hand-built collection includes 23 styles built to handle the demands of the field, all feature a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, a screw-down crown, and a case back secured by six screws for protection from the elements. Each is rated at 20 ATM, or 660 feet, made with the most durable materials available, and like everything Filson sells, are guaranteed for life.
Watchmakers Bell & Ross have recently presented the new BR-X1, a sleek sports chronograph (inspired by aeronautical flight instruments) that reveals the watch´s complex movement behind its skeleton dial. Limited to only 250 pieces, the utilitarian Bell & Ross BR-X1 has a titanium and ceramic case with rubber details that feature toggle push buttons to control the chronograph.
