Our good friends over at Ethnotek Bags have just presented the newest member of their bag family, the Messenger bag.
The bag is very functional and a great daily commuter, it features:
padded laptop compartment + removable bumpers, luggage trolley handle
pass-through, front zipper pocket with built-in organizer, removable
padded shoulder strap + stabilizer system, woven Cham lining, and of
course, can be paired with your favorite THREAD! It is the detachable
"Threads" that make their bags so distinct and beautiful, they are
interchangeable and can be sold as separate pieces. Ethnotek also have a
new travel blog
worth checking, it is an attempt to increase transparency between
Ethnotek customers and villagers that create the "Threads" for the bags.
The blog gives you a detailed look into the lives, techniques and just
how much goes into Ethnotek bags. Have a look at the video after the
jump, it introduces the artisans and gives an inside look into the
intricate weaving techniques that create their colorful THREADS.
Ceck out our Hands-on review of the Ethnotek backpack.
