Paracord (Parachute cord) was originally used in the suspension lines of
US parachutes during World War II, paratroopers then discovered that
when unbraided, the versatile cord can be used as a life-saving,
multi-purpose tool. It is also used today as a fashion accessory, with
many brands making Paracord bracelets(also known as survival bracelets),
like these stylish ones by Naimakka.
