The new Volvo XC Coupe Concept is an impressive glimpse into the future. The hoverboard is here! (well not quite), meet Onewheel, a self-balancing one-wheeled electric skateboard. It is basically a skateboard without the wheels and with a big fat wheel in the center, all the electric stuff is neatly hidden inside the aluminum chassis of the board. The German company is looking for a more sustainable future, presenting two prototypes of the sub-brand i,the i3 and i8. The "i3" is one hundred percent electric, while the "i8" is a super-sporty equipped with an advanced hybrid system. The i3 was conceived for city use and is equipped with an 170 hp electric motor positioned on the rear axle. The super-sporty i8, combines the electric motor of the i3 with a three-cylinder gasoline 220 hp engine.

The spectacular QUANT E-Sportlimousine was first presented at the 2014 Geneva motor show back in March as a concept vehicle, but now the four seater electric sportscar has just been approved for use on public roads. The car was developed by Swiss company nanoFLOWCELL and is powered by a salt water nanoFLOWcell system that drives energy through the car’s four electric motors (one per wheel). Powered exclusively by salt water, this beast is packed with a mind-blowing 912hp engine capable of hitting 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, and has a top speed of 236 mph. watch the video
