picNYC Table is a fun project by Dutch designer Haiko Cornelissen. Made for the Urban residence, the table was inspired by Urban farming, a fast growing phenomenon that consists of bringing the typically rural practice of agriculture into the city. The picNYC table goes one step further and brings the rural experience of picnicking not just in the city, but into the apartment. The picNYC table is fully made out of high-end light weight aluminum, and beside grass, other plants or materials can be installed.

Art of Kinetik, the producer of luxury wooden pleasure yachts will be launching a new model this summer. The Antagonist is a 37 foot open weekend cruiser, the smaller brother of the 63 foot Hedonist, the company’s stunning flagship yacht. The superyacht features 2 x 370 HP engines and is capable of 42knots maximum speed. The main characteristic of the yacht is an unusually large open cockpit, providing both luxury surroundings and space for up to 8 people to spend a day in comfort, lounging, eating or sunbathing. Antagonist features superb craftsmanship, elegant lines, highest quality materials, and bespoke details.

Iguaneye are ultra-minimal shoes inspired by Amazonians. "500 years ago, the Amazonian Indians dipped their feet in the latex harvested from rubber trees and vulcanized it with fire, they used the rubber to waterproof clothing, and make shoes." Now French brand Iguaneye have stripped the shoes back to the bare minimum and created a second-skin that perfectly follows your movements and eliminates irritation. The shoes are very flexible, very grippy, hard-wearing, and 100% recyclable. Inside for added comfort is a removable insole composed of 99% cork and 1% natural latex, these materials ensure a precise anatomical molding, maximum comfort and hygiene. For now they are only available in women sizes. Men will have to wait until 2013...

We recently came across this awesome Lamborghini conversion, it is owned by Swedish professional freeskier and alpine ski racer Jon Olsson. Besides skiing Jon also has a huge interest for cars, instead of driving a SUV or a Truck up the mountain, he drives a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 with a ski box on top! The Lambo features an original camouflage paint scheme and a custom mounted ski transporter box that was designed for high speeds of over 160 mph. source

Another awesome bag by Hungarian bag manufacturer Blind Chic. Scumbag is the result of a unique collaboration of Blind Chic and Lokál Skateshopis (shop owned and run by skaters, in Budapest). During the design process Blind Chic involved the skaters to help them create a functional design for city commuters/skaters/riders. The result is a Roll-top backpack made from waxed cotton canvas that features a front panel attached by 4 front and side buckles. This detail allows for a skateboard or other object to slide in between the panel and the bag. It also features a rolled Velcro enclosure on top to expand the size of the bag. Watch the video

Land Rover have unveiled a stunning version of the Defender. The Defender XTech Special Edition, is available as a 90 Hard Top or a 110 Utility Wagon. You can choose from colors Grey(with black roof and black wheel arches) or Bronze((with black roof and black wheel arches). Although the unique special edition has a retro feel, there is nothing retro about it´s equipment, it features LED lights, heated seats, air conditioning, electric windows and leather seats, adding comfort and craft. The engine is a powerful 2.2-liter turbo diesel inline-four, giving it 121 hp and 265 pound-feet of torque, linked to a six-speed manual transmission. source

Recently we featured the very popular "Doggie Fountain", a cool solution for keeping your dogs water supply safe, fresh and readily available. WaterDog, is a similar option, however, it doesn´t require your dog to make any effort. The device works with a sonar proximity sensor, that automatically turns on the fountain when your dog is near, and off again when it walks away. It is very easy to install, its height is fully adjustable and fits any outdoor faucet. On hot summer days, your furry friend will always have fresh clean water!

Bandit9 is a motorcycle design company based in Beijing, they design unique, custom built motorcycles. The latest stunner to roll out of their studio is a bike dubbed "Nero". It is a revamp of a Custom Chang Jiang 750, and was designed by Daryl Villanueva. He was inspired by the Giger creature from the movie "Alien". The bike is made mostly from custom Bandit9 parts, standout features have to be the unusual flat lines of the bike and the awesome matte black paint job. We shall definitely keep an eye on these guys.

Kith NYC store, owned by sneaker guru Ronnie Fieg, is now stocking Italian footwear brand Del Toro. Our pick from the collection is this stylish Cognac Suede Alto Chukka, handmade in Italy with fine Italian Suede and leather lined interior. We love the dark navy sole matching the suede laces. Great detail of the contrasting red suede tab on heel.

Another beautiful piece of vintage furniture by Restoration Hardware, this French architects table was reproduced in exacting detail from an early 20th-century drafting table. Crafted in solid wood with meticulous care, the tabletop can be adjusted and tilts to various angles. Timeless piece of furniture.
