The beautiful Lake Constance in Austria is home to the spectacular Bregenz Festival. "Opera on the Lake" features some of the most amazing outdoor stages ever built. Founded in 1946, the festival presents a wide variety of musical and theatrical events in several venues, and during four weeks during summer audiences can experience monumental open-air opera productions in an unmatched intensity.
