Ben Ford is emerging from his famous dad’s (Harrison Ford) shadow and carving his own path as an adventurous chef, he has developed quite a reputation for his feast throwing skills. In the beautifully illustrated book, restaurateur Ben shares step-by-step instructions for the adventurous home cook on outdoor grilling, smoking, and roasting with fire and feeding a crowd.
