You also get a large cooking surface that enables you to cook a reasonable amount of food whilst managing different temperatures of use on it. This Aussie company also added some extras such as the ability of assembling a spit so you may slowly roast some other items and turn them with the rotating system ensuring an even cooking and desirable caramelization, you’ll get the perfect roti every time. It’s also made form high grade metal and its Scandinavian design ensures a minimal elegant look that will blend perfectly anywhere.
