It seems our obsession with Land Rover Defenders is shared with West Coast Defender, an LA based company. If you live in the U.S. the cult vehicle hasn´t been available new on the market since 1997, and importing one is not an option due to strict U.S. vehicle import laws. However classic cars, like the Defender, 25 years old or older, have no import restrictions. "West Coast Defender" searches the UK and Europe for classic Land Rover Defenders, brings them to the U.S. and restores them in absolute top condition with today´s standards including leather interiors, navigation, and premium sound. via
